So, some players have asked in the General Chat that should exist a guide to "tell" us what is good to use in the team and what is good as fodder...
So, I decided to take that step. This thread.
1st of all, this is pretty straight forward; it's a guide with the facts about the available mons in the Flash Events (so far...).
However, there is the "different and personal opinions" factor, which I'll take in consideration...
Also, I won't list them alphabetically. I'll list them according to the Flash Eggs info page.
EDIT: In the past months, there has been numerous buffs and a rotation! So, here's the update below.
Presumably Permanent Digimon
Lowemon -> Dark element ass-kicker. Got buffed and balance so many times, but he's perfect now... You have 6? Make 1 BLB! You have 12?? Make 2... You have.... you get it, don't you? He's awesome...
Chaosmon -> An "extremely" average mon. If you don't have the all-mighty HolyAngemon SP+ or if you didn't made Goddramon G+, he's..... "enough".
Lampmon -> High attack at BLB, nice main skill, but that's it. It's up to you. For me (and many others), it's food...
Angemon & Angewomon -> Fooood!! Double food! Because they're a couple... Unless your Holy team sucks or lacks a member, use "them". Otherwise... food.
Metalpiranimon -> High attack, 1-turn hitter & card generator. Despite his low Def stat, he's very helpful...
Asuramon -> Awesome Holy. God by rarity and by origin, he's a great addition to any Holy team.
Devimon & Ladydevimon -> Same as Ange-couple, only with higher attack (700+ at BLB) and lower Def. Choose...
Thunderbirmon -> Unless you didn´t make Jyureimon, he's great (despite the lack of a 5th LB). He actually has a higher attack than Jyu (at MLB)... But, is basically food...
Targetmon -> "The crazy monkey" is food. Many people have him, 'cuz they don't have Cross or Bagramon (DM). For beginners, it's a great swapper.
New Rotation Mons
MetalGarurumon X antibody -> A beast... Nicknamed "IronWolf", he's strong, fast and he's the pioneer in the Only wild cards appear next. skills... Who has it, has the capacity to dominate...
AncientBeatmon -> The Beatle has similar stats as Blizzarmon, but much faster... In a Mono Nature team, he's awesome. Besides that, it's "just" a SP+ mon...
HolyAngemon -> The new Holy swapper. Better than Chaos and Godd combined, with a huge Def stat, he rivals with Ouryumon.... And the card is super cool too!
AncientGreymon -> The legendary Flame warrior in DH!.... A 3-turn All 9, with team attack boost, makes him trully amazing and a must have in any team. And the stats.... oh, the stats!
Cherubimon Evil -> The SP version of the Dark bunny... Same stats and skills as the Holy counterpart from the Free Tickets, makes him specially useful in a Tower team. I recommend him...
Hisyaryumon -> Ouryumon's pre-evo. Lower stats (duh...), but same skill set. If you don't want to evolve it, you can use it.... Of course, if you do have Oury, then it's amazing food...
Gokuwmon -> Kakarotto is in DH! He got the 5th LB and they put him in FE... But beware... the drops are floods!
Dinohumon -> Hmm.... TMNT are also in DH... With a peculiar skill set, this King may help a beginner, but it's mostly food... King food!
"They left the nest"
Ultimatebrakimon -> mentioned in the forum as the UltimateWallmon (I think), UBmon (in my Nomenclature) and other loooooooong nicknames by others. It's a keeper. And now, you can get it from FP tickets..... again.
Ouryumon -> He used to suck... and now he's awesome! You can't get the dragon directly from FE eggs anymore, so you have to evolve his "mini-me", Hisyaryumon.
Slashangemon -> AKA Slash, great Holy attacker, he got a buff and he kicks more butt now. You want him and didn't get him before? Well...... evolve since Patamon! Nah, HolyAngemon is fine.
Yatagaramon -> Great Nature bird. Great skills, awesome stats, but unobtainable in FE. Only in GSP now!
Tonosamagekomon -> AKA Crazy Frog, Feudal Frog, etc, he's great for any team! But if you didn't get him before...... you have to wait. He's currently unobtainable.
Zekegreymon -> I like him. He's an average, "high-ish" Dragon. He's no longer obtainable, and possibly will never be again, due to the existence and possibility to easily obtain the stronger God+ version...
Ingots -> A great bit income. Goes from 5K to 100K. But that is general knowledge...
Floppies -> Well, you know....
Despite everyone's opinions and myself, every mon on this list can be food or Bits, if you have too many... Except Lowemon and IronWolf. You can NEVER have too many LR mons...
Also, a good tip is: if you get a lot of digis, like Chaosmon (eg.) and your main mons are fed, sell the bunch for profit! Also, you can put them in the TZ for greater income! See which are most valuable and they will be piggy banks! (thank you @Adminomon for the tip!)
That being said, here's the Bit worth list regarding the current FE list:
- Lowe = 1000
IronWolf = 1000
- Chaosmon = 1000
- UBmon = 1000
- AncientBeat = 1000
- AncientGrey = 1000
- Cherubi = 800
- MetalPirani = 640
And the old ones:
- Yata = 1000
- UBmon = 1000
- Tonosama = 640
(I don't have more on my storage; when I do, I'll update the "worth list")
Wargreymon vs Mugendramon -> LR, first obtainable double attack at 2 turns for f2p, even if you dont care about skill, its a ball of stats. 800 def at BLB.
AncientMegatheriumon -> Second f2p all 9 and easier to get than blitzmon. Great for your mono/farm team.
Warumonzaemon -> First of his kind for f2p, all replace with High chance of brown is a good skill.
Giromon -> SP+ Kamikazemon, Great for finishing a pvp battle and high defense.
Sagittarimon -> All red coming, amazing defense stat, leader skill great for tower.
Dynasmon -> All 9 @3 turns with good defense. Leader skill useful for monos.
Allomon -> Green to Brown, also known as healer for pvp, good if you dont have holyangemon/ouryumon/ancienttroiamon
Deathmeramon-> 1 turn medium damage with high defense, HP is kind of bad. Good mon still.
Metalmammemon-> Another 1 turn medium damage, overall stats better than Deathmeramon even with lower defense, hits for less but tanks a little more. Leader good for tower.
Picklemon -> Dont know what to say about this dude, the leader sounds good, but you rely on brown combos to be effective. Ceresmon/Werewolf heals for a safe amount. Something worth to try.
Leviamon -> Acessible double attack, good if you dont have anything that makes 9999 damage easier.
