ENIAC is the First computer to ever exist and the Digiworld is based of it, he's not a god, even the Digimon who know of him don't refer to it as god. Anatasoft is the second computer to ever exist, released almost at the same time as ENIAC and is kinda viewed as the reserve computer, he too isn't a god.
The Story about these two have to do with Akiyama Ryou and his japan exclusive Wonderswan games. They're about him fighting milleniummon (spoiler: it's his Digimon partner) and he's also good friends with Ken from 02. One of his games is even kinda a prequel for 02 where Ken is infected and becomes the Digimon Kaiser. He even appeared in the anime and 2nd movie for a split second.
Anyway in Ryou's last game he starts zipping around time helping ENIAC and Anatasoft not dying. He can only interact with these two because he warps so far back in time that the Digiworld technically doesn't exist yet. The whole thing ends that Monodramon and Milleniummon fuse into one egg which ends up with Ryou leaving the Adventure-verse and entering the Tamers-verse according to the official canon (even if it makes 0 sense).
These two computers are a yggdrasil figuratively speaking but not technically speaking. They only exist because a human helped them and they're human creations but it is possible that ENIAC might've evolved into Yggdrasil over time. But then why was it not doing shit during the previous seasons of adventure (aside from not being thought of yet)? They need to explain that in a future movie.
Homeostasis isn't technically a god either. He's a divine entity that seeks balance in the digital world. If the darkness is to big then it generates light, in form of the chosen children, to fight it of. Gennai and co are it's agents. However Tri seems to have retconned that making Gennai a agent of both, Yggy and Homeo.
